Spiced Overnight Oats

Ingredients
2 CupsofOld Fashioned Rolled Oats2 TablespoonsofChia or Flax seeds2 ScoopsofProtein Powder (vanilla)1 TeaspoonofCinnamon(or more)1 TeaspoonofVanilla Extract2 TablespoonsofMaple Syrup or Honey2 CupsofMilk or Almond Milk (any milk)
- In a bowl that can eventually be covered, mix the
oats,chia/flax seeds,protein powder, andcinnamontogether. - Now mix in the
Milk or Almond Milk,vanilla extractandMaple Syrup and Honey, - Now seal the bowl whichever way you can. Place in your fridge and leave for a day.
- After the day, if you want you can eat it all, or you can separate into roughly 5-6 mason jars.
