Spiced Overnight Oats
Ingredients
2 cups of Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
2 tablespoons of Chia or Flax seeds
2 scoops of Protein Powder (vanilla)
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon (or more)
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons of Maple Syrup or Honey
2 cups of Milk or Almond Milk (any milk)
Directions
- In a bowl that can eventually be covered, mix the
oats, chia/flax seeds, protein powder, and cinnamon together
- Now mix in the
Milk or Almond Milk, vanilla extract and Maple Syrup or Honey
- Now seal the bowl whichever way you can. Place in your fridge and leave for a day
- After the day, if you want you can eat it all, or you can separate into roughly 5-6 mason jars
