Loaf Bread
Ingredients
1-1/2 cup of warm water
1/2 tbsp of active dry yeast
2 tbsp of sugar
3-1/2 cups of all purpose flour (any flour)
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
- olive oil
Directions
- Mix the
sugar and warm water until mostly dissolved (should be quick)
- Add the
yeast to the liquid mixture and let it activate/foam
- Add the
flour and salt to the liquid mixture and mix for roughly 1 minute
- As you are mixing add the
vegetable oil and keep mixing for 5-7 minutes
- With the
oilive oil coat the boal and the dough (as you please) and let it proof for 1-2 hours or double in size
- Tighten and roll the dough twice, and place into the loaf pan and let it rise for 45 minutes
- Preheat the oven to
425 degrees Farenheit or 220 Celcius
- Put in oven for
30-35 minutes, let cool after taking out
