  1. Follow the steps on whatever active dry yeast brand you have to set things up
  2. Add the flour, honey, 1/2 tbsp of oil, warm water and yeast to a mixing bowl. Mix with a fork first, things will get sticky. You should be good to stop after 10 minutes of mixing
  3. Cover bowl with a plastic wrap or a towel for at least 1 hour
  4. Setup a floured surface and place the mix on top. Knead it a couple of times then let rest uncovered for 15 minutes
  5. Shape the bread however you want and place on a baking sheet, cover the bread for 1 hour with a towel or plastic wrap. By the end of the hour, preheat your oven to 400°F
  6. When ready, score the tops of the dough and brush with the oil you have as much as you want
  7. Bake at your discretion, the original recipe wanted 18-20 minutes but I may need to bake for roughly an hour
